U is for Uncommon! Very Cool!

Okay, one of my favorite gifts for Christmas came from my very creative brother-in-law!  He found this cool website called Uncommon where you can make your own Iphone cases.  He made me the cutest case which is a photo of my husband holding our new baby.  I love it!

The site is very cool.  You can upload a photo of your choice (who would not want to do this) or use their artwork.  I think this is such a cute personalized gift. They have options for all different phones so you can buy case for the particular phone that you have.

Now I have a photo of the loves of my life as my sreensaver on my phone and also on the back!

Okay, I know I promised you capes last week after debuting my new green Gossip Girlesque cape .  I love capes.  They are so easy to throw on (literally).  I especially love wearing over a suit so I don't feel so stuffed into jackets... you know what I mean?  But, I live in my capes on the weekend.   In my book a cape is a must have right now.... although in Boston it is soon to be very cold so layer layer layer. D....Dreams!

Okay... Dreams really do come true.  Since I have lived in my house I dreamed of a cute shed off on the side of our house (not in the center of our yard).  I wanted a shed that was cute and functional and has windows for light.   I could go on and on.  I never dreamed that my dream would come true... thanks to my husband and father-in-law.  Over the course of two weeks, I watched a miraculous shed appear. This fall we had a fence company move the side perimeter of our fence... hoping we could put a small shed over there in our new "side yard".  While they were at it... we had them put in a gate to the sidewalk... accessibility is key. The husband has had some free time on his hands and finally got down to focusing on the shed.  They seriously built this in TWO weeks! Check it out!  This is the space we were "saving" for the shed!
